Do you require deposit for appointments?

We do require a deposit to book your appointment. It will be credited to your appointment the day of. It is 100% refundable if you cancel more than 48 hours in advance. If you cancel less than 48 hours or do not show up, it is non refundable. The deposit will be given directly to your artist. You can bring in cash, use Zelle or Venmo for the deposit. 

Is there private parking?

We have public street parking in the front of the salon and on the side streets.

Do you have a cancellation policy?

Yes, if you need to cancel your appointment, please do so within 24 hours or you will be charged 50% of your booked appointment on your following visit. 

What forms of payment do you take?

Form of payment depends on your artist. Most artists do except all major credit cards, cash, Venmo and Zelle.

Can I walk-in for an appointment?

We do except walk-ins but appointments are always best to guarantee availability.

What if I’m running late?

Please be courteous to your artist and other clients. If you are more than 15 minutes late for your appointment we may have to reschedule your appointment or you may not receive all services that you were originally booked for. (Cancelation and no show policy may apply) 

Can I bring my animal?

Service animals only. 

Do I pay the salon or individual artists?

All services will be paid to the artist directly. All product sales will be paid to the salon at the front desk.

Is it important to tell my artist that I need to be out by a certain time or that I am in a hurry?

If you are in a hurry please inform your artist before your appointment begins. 

Should I wash my hair before I do a color treatment?

You should come in with no more than two day old washed hair.

Do you offer gift certificates?

We do provide gift certificates at the front desk.

Can I bring my children?

Children are prohibited in the salon unless they have a booked appointment. Minors booked for a service must have a parent or guardian present.

Can you book online?

We do not offer online booking. You must contact the salon or your artist directly to book.

How do I cancel online?

We do not offer online cancellations. You must contact the salon or your artist directly to cancel.

How early should I arrive to my appointment?

Arrive 10 minutes early to find parking.

What’s the difference between highlights and balayage?

Traditional highlights use a foiling technique in which strands of hair are lightened from root to the ends in a specific sectioning pattern leaving some natural hair in between each foil. 

Balayage is also a lightening technique that involves freehand painting and most of the time, no foils. It creates a multi-tonal and multi-dimensional look.This is achieved because lighter pieces are blended throughout starting very fine throughout the base of the hair and gradually getting thicker and brighter towards the ends. 

What’s the difference between and trim and a haircut? Do they cost the same?

 A trim and a haircut are the same price. It still takes the same amount of skill and training to cut 1/4 of an inch vs 2+ inches.

Can I bring pictures?

Inspirational photo are highly recommended. They can even be of yourself. 

I’m getting an updo for a formal event, should I have clean hair or dirty hair? And how dirty should it be?

It will all depend on the look you are wanting to achieve. On average 12-24 hours dirty hair is best. Please contact the salon or artist for instructions for your specific look. 

How old do you have to be to receive a spray tan?

You can start receiving spray tans at the age of 10 with written consent from your parents or guardian. 

Can I have the Artist/Technician’s phone number?

If you have had an appointment with the artist/technician in the past we will gladly give you their number. 

What is required for online consultation?

A picture of what your hair currently looks like showing length and fullness for timing purposes.

An inspiration photo of what you would like to get done.
