It is of the utmost importance to us that you are satisfied with your experience at Vanity by Stacy Godwin. In the event that you are not completely satisfied, please let us know at the time of your service or within 48 hours after your service has been performed. All services are non-refundable but we will be more than happy to schedule a corrective service. (Additional fees may apply)
Vanity by Stacy Godwin is not responsible for any lost or damaged possessions while on Vanity premises. We highly encourage you to wear a cape and robe at all times during your hair services.
Vanity reserves the right to refuse service to anyone at any time.
Service animals only.
We are happy to accept returns on any retail products within 7 days of the original purchase date. All returns will be issued salon credit only; no cash back.
Please be courteous to your stylist and other clients. If you are more than 15 minutes late for your appointment we may have to reschedule your appointment or you may not receive all services that you were originally booked for. (Cancelation and no show policy may apply)
Any changes or cancellations to your booked appointment must be given no less than a 24 hour notice. Cancellations or changes made within 24 hours will be charged 50% of your booked appointment and must be paid before booking a future appointment. Also, your next scheduled appointment will require a 50% deposit in order to book.
Children services will be billed as adult pricing. Children are prohibited in the salon unless they have a booked appointment. Minors booked for a service must have a parent or guardian present.
Gift certificates must be presented at time of service.
Copies of gift certificates are not acceptable.
Please call Vanity concerning lost gift certificates.
All gift certificates are non-refundable.
Gift certificates are not redeemable for cash.
Gift certificates are valid at Vanity only for all products and services available.
